Link2Hope was created with the idea that all of us are created for relationships. We need healthy relationships with God, ourselves, others, and the rest of creation to truly live the way God made us to live. Many of us feel isolated in our lives and desire true connections with others, but don’t know how to find them. Link2Hope is intended to connect you to others in the community. As you answer the questions, we will be able to give you more and more connections to people who want to get to know you.

Our team believes that every person is created with dignity and worthy of respect. We are all made in God’s image and loved by God. Because of this, we want to show you honor in supporting you as you take steps in personal growth. As you decide how you want to grow in your life, we can come alongside you with referrals to people and groups who can help you and access to trained volunteers who can assist you.
