We all need somebody to lean on, or so says the song.  Whether it’s a family member, a good friend, our spouse or partner, or even our case worker, we all know someone that we can trust during the good times and the hard times.

At Link2Hope we want to foster and encourage these kinds of relationships whether they are many or a few, new or old.  You don’t have to go through your struggles alone, and we are building a community of support just for you.

You can start your support community by taking a minute to invite your friends, family, even an agency case worker, to join you Link2Hope. Connecting is easy, all you need is their email and name to get started. 

Some of the connections you can make are:

• Between individuals.
  • An Advocate for a Family meets a family and gets to know them, assisting them in using the platform as needed. They provide encouragement and networking.
  • The Inner Circle are trusted friends and family who are invited to be a part of a Family user’s innermost circle. They can exchange comments even photos with each other and be the first to see specific needs.
• With a Church
  • Anyone can connect with a Church simply by visiting that church’s profile page and choose Connect. The church will receive an email letting them know that you’ve reached out to them to learn more.
  • Anyone can connect to a church or provider as a Volunteer simply by choosing this icon on the profile page.
